Pancake Hot Toddy
1.3 standard drinks
Ingredients
T2 New York Breakfast tea
40ml Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky
10ml Frangelico
15ml lemon juice
1 cinnamon quill
10ml honey
Method
Steep tea in a teapot with boiling hot water. Add lemon juice, whisky, Frangelico and cinnamon to a teacup. Top up with boiling hot tea. Add honey to taste and stir with a teaspoon until dissolved.
