The Lazy Pina Colada
1.6 standard drinks
Ingredients
Fresh coconut
50ml Bundaberg Small Batch rum
60ml fresh pineapple juice
Juice of half a lemon
Pinch of salt
Garnish
Mint sprig
Method
Open the coconut and remove half the coconut water. Add the rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt to the coconut. Add ice and stir. Garnish with mint.
