After selling out of its special-edition lobster roll in less than a week in 2019, Noosa export Betty’s Burgers is bringing it back for another go-around. The rolls will be in stores from Thursday February 13, and Betty’s reckons they’ll be available for around two weeks this time.

The warm buttered bun will be stuffed with fresh Atlantic lobster meat, shallots, chives and a squeeze of fresh lemon, accompanied by Betty’s special mayonnaise. It’ll be served with fries and set you back $23.

“We wanted to bring something new and fresh to the burger market,” Betty’s Burgers chief operating officer Troy McDonagh said in a news release last year. “We’ve been working on this for over a year, to make sure we sourced some of the best quality lobster on the market.”
