Italian-born Giorgio Linguanti is behind the 12-year-old factory, which churns out hand-made burrata, mozzarella, ricotta and more. The ricotta is the basis for the filling that’s piped into the popular cannoli, which you can now make at home by ordering a DIY Cannoli Kit courtesy of Co-Lab Pantry.
Each kit comes with 12 small shells or six large shells; 450 grams of the ricotta filling (in a piping bag); crushed pistachios for the ends; and icing sugar to dust over the top.
You can also order back-up cannoli shells in case of dessert disasters, as well as crostoli (little fried pastries).
