Spanish retailer Zara has announced a new beauty range – its first ever comprehensive collection of lip, eye, face and nail make-up – and the full collection will be available in Australia from Wednesday May 12.
There are bold, extravagant eye-shadow shades, earthy bronzers and highlighters, pearly nail-polish finish and 22 shades of matte and satin lipsticks.
Created in collaboration with British make-up artist Diane Kendal, the collection is designed to suit all ages, genders and skin types and colours. It also uses refillable packaging, so you can buy palettes of two or six shades of eye shadow and top up the colour you’re using most often when you run out.
“Zara has always reached such a diverse audience, and I wanted to bring that same big vision to beauty with a collection that is clean, refillable and accessible to all,” Kendal, who’s worked on runway looks for brands such as Marc Jacobs and Tom Ford, says in a statement.
There are 130 different colours in the collection, which also includes eyeliner, lip gloss and oil, and make-up brushes.
Shoppers can get their hands on the new products online, or at Zara Chadstone in Melbourne, from Wednesday May 12.
