In April, Japanese retailer Uniqlo will launch its fourth collaboration with British ready-to-wear label JW Anderson, and it's full of clothes to rug up in.

Jonathan Anderson's eponymous label is known for androgynous pieces that celebrate British heritage. The designer himself is Northern Irish, and he first joined forced with Uniqlo in 2017.

The outdoorsy collection for men and women blends classic patterns such as tartan with a contemporary edge, and includes reversible down jackets and coats with neutral, earthy tones on the outside and contrasting pops of colour – bright green, fluoro orange – inside.

Pants come lined with Uniqlo's Heattech thermal fleece, and the women’s line also includes turtleneck knits, tri-tone leggings, oversize colour-block cardigans, classic shirt dresses and long wool scarves,.

The Uniqlo and JW Anderson autumn/winter 2020 collection launches on April 16. Selected items will be available at all Uniqlo stores, and the full range will be at Uniqlo Emporium in Melbourne and Uniqlo Mid City in Sydney, as well as online.
