Sydney Sweeney’s Newest Accessory? A Handbag by an Iconic Aussie Label

Sydney Sweeney, best known for her roles in Euphoria and The White Lotus, has been on our minds more than usual lately. Until last month Sydney was in Sydney, filming a new rom-com, Anyone But You.

Her Luna Park adventures and first footy match got plenty of airtime, but her local shopping was kept more under wraps. Judging by a recent outing in LA, though, she made at least one local buy. Sweeney was snapped with a bag from iconic Australian label Oroton – the Colt Small Baguette bag, a compact silhouette with removable straps so you can wear it on the shoulder (as Sweeney opted) or across the body. An updated twist on the Y2K classic, it comes in black, cream and brandy, complete with gold hardware. It’s a great option for off-duty looks that feel put together without being too fussy.

A style icon both on and off screen, Sweeney paired the tan-coloured leather bag with an all-white outfit featuring an open-button top, miniskirt and sleek cowboy boots, nodding again to the Y2K theme. Perhaps it’s unsurprising that the actor was seen out in Oroton – they’re both known to be stylish, pared back and relatable when it comes to fashion.
