Just In: Rhode Beauty Is Coming to Australia

After months of rumours, we’ve finally got confirmation on the worst-kept secret in the beauty world.

Rhode is coming to Australia.

The line of everyday essentials will be available in-store at Mecca in Australia and New Zealand next month. It lands in Mecca’s flagship stores – on George Street in Sydney and Bourke Street in Melbourne – on February 12 and rolls out to most other stores on February 13.

The brand will also begin shipping its “complete collection” to Australia and New Zealand, so you’ll be able to order direct from the Rhode website from 6am on February 12.

Rhode was launched by Hailey Bieber in 2022. Over the last several years, the skincare brand has gained a cult following. It’s known for its “glazed doughnut skin” and chunky phone case-lip gloss combos.

Last year, Bieber sold Rhode to Elf Beauty in a billion-dollar deal, but she’s still attached to the company as a strategic advisor, head of innovation and chief creative officer.

Bieber will be in Australia for the launch as it coincides with Vogue’s Forces of Fashion event. Held at the Sydney Opera House on February 13, Forces of Fashion will see Bieber take the stage at Sydney Opera House in conversation with Vogue Australia’s editor-in-chief Christine Centenera, publisher Edwina McCann and other big names including Sarah Snook, Joel Edgerton, Phoebe Tonkin, Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, Rita Ora and Taika Waititi.
