Virtual Tiny House Clay Class by Elph Ceramics
When sisters Eloise and Sophie Rankine of Elph Ceramics made their first round of tiny houses, they were meant to be used just for testing glazes. But after releasing them online, the small figures have become an Elph signature.
And you can make them yourself from the comfort of your home. The pair is hosting DIY tiny house classes over Zoom, complete with a kit shipped over with everything you’d need.
Each kit contains 500 grams of air-dry clay (enough to make four to six of the structures), as well as a wooden clean-up tool, a sponge and an original Elph Ceramics tiny house to start your tiny village.
Classes run on Thursdays only between September 9 and 30. The kits can be shipped Australia-wide – best to order at least two weeks before your chosen session. Private group bookings are also available.
