The Ultimate Father’s Day Feast From Providoor
There’s no restaurant in Australia where you can get a Father’s Day dinner quite like this – with three renowned chefs collaborating on a special eight-course menu for one weekend only. But you can have it at home.
Shane Delia (Maha), Frank Camorra (Movida) and Andy Allen (Masterchef judge and Three Blue Ducks chef) won’t be cooking in your kitchen, but they’ve put together a ripper feast to celebrate your old man – you just have to finish it yourself.
The trio’s Ultimate Father’s Day Feast box includes Iraqi bread with toum and za’atar; smoked hummus with chicken and macadamia; embutidos (Spanish cured sausages); a glazed Kent pumpkin; slow-roasted lamb shoulder with burnt butter; cogollos (garlic gem lettuce salad); burnt cabbage with smoked tomato butter; and four slices of Basque cheesecake with berries.
Most of it will arrive in the box already prepared, but some elements will need finishing in the oven or on the stove. Still, you’ll have the whole thing ready in just 25 minutes.
The box costs $240 and generously serves four people. It’s only available on September 2 and 3; order by 4pm the day before.
