Pair’d may be a celebration of food, music and culture but, make no mistake, it all starts with the grapes.
The world-class festival returns to WA’s Margaret River region from November 20 to 23, featuring a line-up of acclaimed winemakers and next-gen mavericks creating a host of interesting things from the vine.
Choose from a packed program of more than 30 events highlighting the region’s rich produce – including tastings, Q&As, masterclasses and long-table lunches – in serene natural settings, from the coast to the forest.
Wine buffs won’t want to miss The Grand Tasting at the award-winning Howard Park winery. Presented by Singapore Airlines, this event brings together some of the region’s most respected names for a weekend of exclusive samples, including back vintages, limited releases and winemaker favourites.
The New Wave Gathering, at Skigh Wine’s cosy cellar door in the Yallingup Hills, sees daring independent winemakers and tastemakers pour experimental blends and cult favourites while a DJ plays beneath the stars.
Local chefs and international names will lead a line-up of memorable culinary experiences, including Nature’s Table – a lunch of foraged and fermented foods, shaped by the land and culture, under the towering trees of Tanah Marah.
