Negroni Cannoli and Cocktail Kit by Cannoleria
Melbourne’s Cannoleria by That’s Amore and top bar The Everleigh are celebrating Negroni Week this year with a unique collab.
Cannoleria’s doing what it does best and making crisp cannoli with a delicious ricotta filling and candied orange. The twist? The filling is flavoured with Campari.
And one of The Everleigh’s excellent bottled Negronis is also available in the box. Just chuck it in your fridge before serving – preferably with ice and garnished with an orange twist. You’ll also get a Negroni enamel pin by Campari and a recipe card for making the classic cocktail yourself.
Two dollars from every Negroni cannoli kit sold will be donated to social enterprise Scarf, which provides support and hospitality training to young people seeking protection, as well as those from refugee and migrant backgrounds.
