Mindful in May Challenge

A free five-day mindfulness program teaching meditation basics in just a few minutes a day.

Each year in May thousands of people commit to meditating 10 minutes a day for Mindful in May, the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign.

To get you started, Mindful in May is offering a free five-day challenge to equip you with the tools to practise mindfulness day-to-day and prep you for the month to come.

The campaign’s founder, doctor and psychiatrist Elise Bialylew, worked with Kelly McGonigal, a mindfulness expert and professor of psychology at Stanford University, to create the introductory program.

Even a few minutes of mindful meditation a day is proven to help people manage stress, communicate more clearly, stay focussed, sleep better and live by their values.
