Warm up your winter with a culinary experience inspired by the techniques, flavours and seasonal produce championed by one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs.

Throughout August, Miele Experience Centres around the country will host a series of intimate winter masterclasses inspired by the cooking philosophy of chef Shannon Bennett. Each session begins with a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of canapes before settling in for a live cooking demonstration presented by Miele’s culinary experts.

Using Miele appliances, including combi steam ovens and induction cooktops, the team will showcase a menu designed around winter produce and elevated yet achievable techniques. Guests will gain practical insights into preparing dishes such as pan-seared tuna with green bean anchovy salad, tomato hollandaise and black olive oil; ’nduja roast chicken with cherry puree, fennel and sorrel; and spiced roast pear served with warm hazelnut praline creme anglaise.

Along the way, enjoy canapes like crumpets topped with smoked eggplant and black winter truffle; crispy rice with avocado, nori and roe; and poached scallops with crab butter, smoked fish sauce and finger lime.

After the demonstration, guests will sit down to enjoy the three-course menu, with each dish paired with matching wines. With small class sizes designed to encourage questions and conversation, the experience aims to leave home cooks feeling inspired and equipped to re-create the dishes in their own kitchens. You’ll also receive a special Miele gift to continue your culinary journey at home.

Seats are limited and bookings are essential.
