McDonald’s annual McHappy Day fundraiser returns on Saturday November 16 with brand new Grimace and McNugget Buddies merch. The nostalgic purple icon and his friends get a makeover this year with never-seen-before swag including silly socks in two designs – all in the name of charity.
McHappy Day is McDonald’s biggest annual charity event, raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provides vital support for seriously ill or injured children and their families during treatment or surgery in hospital. Over the last three decades, McHappy Day has raised over $67 million and counting for RMHC.
During McHappy Time – on now until Saturday November 16 – you can purchase a pair of Grimace or McNugget Buddies Fold-Down Silly Socks for $5.95 or Helping Hands for $2, $10 or $50, with all profits going directly to RMHC. You can also show your support by buying a Big Mac on McHappy Day, with $2 from every Big Mac sold going directly to the charity.
