Keep Cooking Simple With Yotam Ottolenghi
On April 26, see renowned Israeli-English chef and cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi in conversation with Aussie chef and media personality Adam Liaw. Their conversation, recorded earlier this year at the Sydney Opera House, will be broadcast online as part of the Opera House’s digital season, which was conceived after Covid-19 necessitated the shutdown of all in-house events.
The discussion covers Ottolenghi’s home-cook-friendly recipes; his advice on feeding picky kids; and how he helped popularise the humble cauliflower.
Ottolenghi is best known for his London restaurants, where his colourful, vegetable-forward recipes inspired by his Italian-Israeli heritage have garnered acclaim. He’s the author of a number of bestselling cookbooks, including Simple and Plenty.
