Where celebrities will take turns reading chapters from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. First up: Daniel Radcliffe, of course.

In a time when the most exciting thing arriving on our doorsteps is sourdough starter, why not revisit the arrival of a soon-to-be boy wizard at number four Privet Drive.

But thanks to Harry Potter at Home, you won’t need your dog-eared copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone to follow him as he takes the wizarding world by storm. The new online hub has recruited a handful of celebrities to do the reading for you.

First up: Daniel Radcliffe, of course. Watch his 25-minute reading of chapter one, “The Boy Who Lived”, here.

Diehards can join the Harry Potter Fan Club here to be the first to find out who’s reading next – and when. A teaser video shows Fantastic Beasts star Eddie Redmayne and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child theatre actor Noma Dumezweni, as well as Dakota Fanning and David Beckham.

Other activities you’ll find on the Harry Potter at Home hub include magical craft videos, online puzzles, quizzes and more.
