Good Times Pilates Online
There was once a time when pilates was associated with only the most toned, lithe people on the planet; it seemed like a fitness form for ex-dancers. Over the years though, studios have popped up with welcoming teachers and inclusive attitudes. Like Good Times Pilates in Fitzroy, Melbourne, a studio that prides itself on making pilates accessible.
Obviously, lockdown has meant classes IRL have been off the cards for a while, so Good Times has been doing live, online classes that happen in real time. But until now hitting the mat for a bizarro, impulsive 11pm session (lockdown life, right?) hasn’t been possible.
Its new online portal offers full 50-minute classes on demand, right down to short and sharp 10-minute blasts. All their signature class styles are on offer, such as Burn and Stretch and Chill.
Good Times Pilates Online is $39 per month or $189 for six months. Your first seven days are free.
