Maybe it’s the consistency, the self-serve ritual, or knowing it’s there whenever you need it most – whether you’re running down to the convenience store during a late-night study session, or grabbing a quick caffeine hit on your morning commute. Whatever’s behind the magic, it’s undeniably one of 7-Eleven’s most beloved products – and now Origin customers can get their hands on it for free.

Origin has teamed up with 7-Eleven stores all along the east coast to offer customers a regular-sized coffee each week, on the house.

It’s part of Origin Rewards – which helps customers to cut down on everyday expenses, with benefits including access to cheap movie tickets; savings on petrol and offers that make moving house a breeze; as well as discounts across products from The Iconic, JB Hi-Fi products, Temple & Webster, The Good Guys and more.

Getting your hands on that cup of joe is surprisingly straightforward. Simply log into the Origin app or My Account online, and tap on the Rewards tab. From there, generate your unique barcode and scan it at the counter to redeem your free regular coffee with or without milk (and no extra charge for oat or soy).

The best part? Your coffee offer resets every Monday at midnight, so you can claim that fresh cup any day of the week. Just remember that barcodes expire after 60 minutes, so it’s best to generate one when you’re already close to a 7-Eleven. If it expires before you use it, no stress – just generate a new one.
