It’s no secret that Australians are suckers for European holidays. Whether we’re escaping our own harsh “winter” or trading in the summer heat for some time on the slopes, we love to explore Europe.
For many Australians, those holidays mean a Eurail Pass. Australia is Eurail’s second biggest market globally, and last year more than 57,000 Aussies travelled using a Eurail Pass. On average, those travelling with a pass take 11 different train journeys, going an average of 1,652 kilometres by rail, and spending an average of 7.6 hours on board European trains.
Ahead of Euro summer 2025, Eurail is offering 15 per cent off all Eurail Global Passes and One Country passes for both first- and second-class travel. The sale runs until 8.59am on Wednesday April 2, 2025.
