Coldplay: Music of the Spheres World Tour 2024

Over the weekend Coldplay jetted Down Under to play an exclusive show at Perth’s Optus Stadium (and on the Instagram stories of every Western Australian you’ve ever met in your life). It was the band’s first Australian performance since 2016.

Today it was announced that Coldplay will be returning to Australia next year with shows in Melbourne and Sydney in October and November 2024.

Known for their high-octane, inclusive and visually impressive performances, Coldplay have been on their Music of the Spheres World Tour since March 2022, selling more than nine million tickets globally. The band also says the tour has so far produced 47 per cent less CO2 emissions than their previous stadium tour, and a commitment to plant one tree per concertgoer has led to more than seven million trees being planted globally.

Presale tickets will be available from Wednesday November 29 from 10am local time (register for access via Coldplay’s official website). General sales begin at 10am on Friday December 1.
