AO Mornings at Australian Open
The new AO Beach House precinct is bringing bayside vibes to the Australian Open. Part of that is easing into the day with a tranquil morning session before the crowds arrive and action and entertainment hots up.
The AO Morning Movement session encourages participants to take pause and reflect with a Movement class. It involves either yoga, pilates, strength and cardio and more brought to you by an expert from CorePlus.
Beginning at 8am, stick around afterwards for some snacks before heading out into the proper event. Oakberry will be serving up a range of fresh, fruit-packed acai bowls and smoothies, and Fishbowl will be providing delicious Japanese salads stuffed with sashimi, free-range chicken or tofu coated with crispy shallots.
Participants will also be provided a yoga mat for the class as well as receive a free gift.
