Aussie music legend Nick Cave will perform a series of intimate performances where conversation is interspersed with solo performances, on the piano, of some of his most beloved songs.

Cave's career spans 45 years. From the late '70s to the early '80s he was the frontman of influential post-punk band the Birthday Party, and then of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, which has released 16 albums.

His last tour – for the 2016 album Skeleton Tree – happened after the tragic death of Cave's son in 2015. Cave has said the tragedy saw him and the band experience a kind of willingness to open up. Expect unfiltered, honest conversation by one of the country's best performers and songwriters.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 12pm October 16 AEDT. All other tickets go on sale at 9am October 18 AEDT. Tickets here.
