Best-selling American author and essayist David Sedaris is returning to Australia for his fourth national tour.
His outrageous spoken-word performances are in a category of their own. Sedaris will bring his razor-sharp, irreverent wit (which you may have heard on NPR, or read in the New Yorker, as well as his many memoirs including Naked and Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim ) to Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
His essays run the gamut from childhood elocution lessons and anxious tics, to nudist colonies. If he were an animal, he would be an oyster.
Tickets ($65 each) go on sale at 9am on Friday July 21. All his previous tours have sold out. Don’t miss this one.
