Bed-in-a-box brand Eva has expanded its range with a brand-new, easy-to-assemble and – most importantly – ultra-comfy sofa-in-a-box.

The team spent a year designing the All-Day Sofa for everyday living. Its hardwood frame is made from sustainably sourced timber, while the cushions use high-quality recycled foam. Eva worked with a fabric manufacturer to create custom upholstery made entirely from post-consumer plastic. Each All-Day sofa saves around 200 water bottles from landfill. Eva says this is the first Australian sofa made from recycled plastic, making it a sustainable choice for the lounge room.

Bonus: the fabric is also durable and resistant to pulls, pilling and scratches, as well as spills and stains, so you know it’ll be a long-term fixture. And handy pockets on either side mean you won’t lose the remote between the cushions ever again.

You don’t need allen keys or other tools to assemble it, either. The All-Day Sofa comes together in minutes thanks to easy hand screws and simple instructions.

The sofa isn’t available just yet, but Eva has already opened pre-orders. Expect delivery in early May for NSW and ACT, mid-May for Victoria, late May for Queensland, early June for WA and mid-June for SA.

Eva is also taking $100 off all pre-orders, bringing the price down to a cushy $1250 for a two-seater or $1550 for three seat. Get it in either loft grey or midnight navy.
