I Love Linen’s luxe French-linen bedding can be found in some of Australia’s most beautiful boutique accommodation, including Raes on Wategos and The Bower in Byron Bay, and Dunmore Farm in Victoria. But the Australian linen label also makes a range of other products to zhoosh-up your home.
Its most recent collaboration, with Brisbane-based designer Jasmine Dowling, is two limited-edition napkin sets, which are designed to be mixed and matched.
"Jasmine and myself have admired each other from afar, and we started to chat via Instagram,” says I Love Linen founder and creative director Lauren Roe.
“I asked her if she'd like to work on a project with me for fun. We talked about a few different ideas and decided that dining made a lot of sense as we both love food and any excuse to be a bit extra and style a table setting.”
Dowling was given the creative reins to pick the colours and patterns for the napery, landing on an elegant pairing of nautical stripes and pink clay-hued linen, and a citrus-inspired option of bright mustard and beige gingham.
"It is our first foray into mixed colour sets and actually I love them,” says Roe.
“It gives someone way more scope to create a table setting with a bit of contrasting design.”
Each set is $44.95. Pre-order now for delivery in early December.
