Two decades after taking over a lush, thousand-acre stretch of farm along the Murray Valley Highway, partners Ros and Daimien Vodusek (a former chef and butcher, respectively) now produce some 150 food and skincare products on-site using olive oil.
Native and local ingredients are key to Rich Glen products, including hand sanitiser made with indigenous Australian botanicals and dukkah made with local nuts and bush spices. Preservative-free soap and nourishing hand cream sit alongside salad dressing, meat rub and granola – and you can buy the olive oil itself in a variety of flavours.
