The house-made pasta selection sees linguini topped with lamb shank ragu and salted ricotta, and black spaghettini mingled with prawns, clams and tobiko (flying fish roe).
Top-quality steaks and market-fresh fish balance with nourishing bowls, including a salmon poke and a four-grain vegan option As for the pizza, inventive toppings culminate in highlights such as the Speckenwolf, which pairs house-cured pork belly with gorgonzola, fig jam, and smoked garlic dressing.
