Alex Xinis (former head chef at The Press Club and Hellenic Republic) is behind Yarraville Greek diner Tzaki. His newest venture is laid-back Greek-style chicken shop Kokoras.

The dine-in and takeaway spot will serve sides and salads along with charcoal chicken.

Kokoras is set to open in August, 2025.
