The multi-level store on Chapel Street, designed by Joyce + Made architects, is a wonderland for the senses with everything from a chocolate flower wall to a 22 kilogram, 100 per cent chocolate Easter egg, along with an endless array of ideas to ‘pimp your pud’.
Formally from the UK, pastry chef and co-owners Burch & Purchese have a worldwide following. Their creations fuse science with sweetness to produce a unique array of sweets.
