Features
Since 2017, European-style bakery-restaurant Neds has been bringing crusty sourdough loaves, sweet pastries, brunch staples and St Ali coffee to Melbourne’s south side, with locations in South Yarra, Armadale, Middle Park and Albert Park.
Loaves of bread, including the signature green olive grissini and a 100 per cent sourdough heritage corona, are tied to steel mesh frames and displayed in the windows. Choose from a selection of around 15 European bread varieties, as well as a large and colourful display of pastries, tarts, buns and savoury items including sandwiches.
Breakfast and lunch menus are available all day, with highlights including tarragon mushrooms and stracciatella on focaccia, and a grazing plate with meat, cheese, pickles, condiments and a hunk of Neds’ sourdough.
