Cafe Gaia is slightly better rounded than your everyday cafe. The classic menu reps a fine selection of fresh, locally produced offerings from a number of quality suppliers including the likes of Noisette Bakery and The Goods Unltd.
Licensed and open seven days a week, a breakfast and lunch menu is available Monday through Saturday, with all-day brunch (replete with obligatory bloody or virgin Mary) served until 3pm on Sunday. Sample the seasonal crumbles, big salads or tasty piadinas made with roasted local produce.
A small but succinct wine list is also available should you fancy a drink. But if coffee is what you need after a trot around the Tan, Gaia serves various blends from Padre, Market Lane and Proud Mary.
