Vinyl Revival is a one-stop shop for vinyl enthusiasts. Owners Graham Kennedy and Victor Milazzi are experts in music systems and have more than 40 years of experience between them. Their shop opened in 2015, packed with European hi-fi equipment and a decent selection of records.

Turntables are reverently lined up on one side of the shop. Project, Rega, Music Hall and Thorens are the most popular belt-driven brands. There’s a range of rigid and suspended systems (two competing methods of reducing vibration), which come in manual and fully automatic varieties. Vinyl Revival also stock amplifiers, speakers, headphones and radios.

The few thousand records range from repressed major pop/rock albums to the latest from The Dead Weather, The Black Keys and Grimes. Run your fingers through old classics – The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, while enjoying the blues and rock playing on the shop’s own speakers. If you’re looking for something different, there are 26 bins dedicated to obscure records, with nothing priced over $3.
