Somedays is above Marais on the second floor of the Royal Arcade, facing Little Collins Street. Heavy on Swedes, it is cool, calm and refined, like they are in our perfect Scandinavian dreams. Once you have made the climb, remember to take look at the shop's contemporary gallery space, which showcases emerging Australian artists.
Somedays has picked up designers and brands that feature clever and ironic plays on dagginess that end up being cool, and prices that, for the most, are completely accessible. Mens and womens labels include pieces by Resteröds, Velour, Suit, Our Legacy, Royal Republiq and The Horse shoes, as well as jeans by Dr.Denim and Cheap Monday. And though many of these labels can be found elsewhere, Somedays has managed to curate the collections in an approachable way.
