You don’t have to be staying at the Great Ocean Road Resort to book a session at this exquisite day spa and wellness centre. Located in Anglesea, the centre offers facials, massage, body rituals (including aromatherapy and exfoliating treatments) and “cosmetic tattooing” (a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo that promises to “completely transform and frame your face”).

A plethora of packages is available. The Girls Day of Bliss package is a 75-minute pampering with a dry body brush, mud wrap and scalp massage, capped off with a charcuterie platter featuring local produce and a glass of bubbles. A Relaxation for Him session is also available.

If you’re coming as a couple consider the Otway Retreat for Two, a 2.5-hour immersion starting with luxury bathing in a geisha tub, followed by an indulgent massage and pressure-point foot and scalp therapy.
