Since opening its first retail space in Perth in 2010, Mobilia has become one of the country’s most reputable distributors of high-end European furniture, lighting and design objects. After opening two spaces in WA, the company expanded its footprint in 2022 with this sprawling flagship showroom in Richmond.

The interior was designed by Melbourne-based practice GOLDEN and is large enough to allow space between each piece to celebrate their individual craftsmanship. Housed in a new Green Star-accredited building, the lofty space is in line with the ethos of the like-minded brands Mobilia represents.

You will find Mobilia’s largest showcase of furniture at its Richmond showroom, with collections from the likes of Cassina, Kettal, Moroso, Poltrona Frau and more. Pieces of design history are also on display, including 20th-century design masters Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand’s 4 Chaise longue à réglage continu, which also resides in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
