Twenty Pho Seven
Due to open in November 2017.
When it comes to late-night or early-morning dining, options are slim and rarely healthy. From late November, a fresh and fragrant alternative will be available at Twenty-Pho Seven, the city’s first 24-hour pho restaurant where punters can slurp their way around the clock.
The restaurant is the latest venture from the boys behind Hochi Mama - Thai Ho, Midawell Phal and their new partner George Do - and will deliver a simple menu that focuses on tasty, authentic pho.
All the typical meat options will be available, from chicken and beef to hearty servings of offal for the adventurous, as well as vegan and vegetarian alternatives. There’ll also be rice paper and spring rolls, and banh mi if you don’t froth the broth. The latter will be slightly different to your typical sandwich, with a longer, thinner roll and just two or three topping choices.
To accompany your pho, a full cocktail bar will be serving up Asian-inspired drinks in bubble cups.
