Melbourne restaurateur Con Christopoulos, behind many iconic venues across the city including The European , Siglo , City Wine Shop , Kirk’s Wine Bar and Kafeneion , is set to open his newest diner Roma. The 100-seat restaurant takes inspiration from old-school Roman trattorias and will be complete with a generous piazza-style outdoor area and courtyard garden.

Accompanying Roma will be Sergio’s, an 80-seat dive bar.

Roma is set to open at 120 Collins Street, Melbourne in December 2025.
