Three years after opening Reine, a grand diner in the former Melbourne Stock Exchange, Rebecca Yazbek’s Edition Hospitality (Nomad, Florentino) has announced plans for a new cocktail bar around the corner in the former Safe Deposit Building on Collins Street. The William Pitt-designed, heritage-listed site will be home to Prive expected to open later this year.
