Decca
Features
Adam D’Sylva stepped away from his restaurants Coda and Tonka in March this year after an incredible 14-year run.
But the top Melbourne chef isn’t resting on his laurels. Early next year he’ll open Decca, an all-day restaurant and wine bar at Yarrabend, a forthcoming residential and lifestyle precinct in Alphington.
Decca will draw on D’Sylva’s Indian and Italian heritage, and will be the centre of his remit as Yarrabend’s culinary director.
Decca will open at 31-39 Mills Boulevard Alphington in February 2024.
