Restaurateur Jessi Singh is about to turn the heat up on Collingwood’s Smith Street.

Months after opening 120-seater Bibi Ji in Carlton alongside chef Amarjeet Singh (Horn Please, Daughter in Law), he’s set to open new restaurant Aanya.

The duo will be joined by Nishant Arora (Society, Cutler & Co) and Janos Roman (Society, Dinner by Heston here and London, London’s Nobu).

Aanya is set to open on Smith Street, Collingwood in 2024.
