Queen of the South's market-driven menu takes traditional Mexican recipes and gives them a vegan spin (which is not to say omnivores are forgotten).
Crowd-pleasing dishes include enchilada rojas with black beans, corn, zucchini, cauliflower, salsa roja and cashew cheese; and maiz el frito with sweet corn, fennel seeds, pequin chilli, coriander and mojo verde.
The drinks menu includes ten cocktails, five wines and plenty of bottled beers.
