Estelle Bistro

6:00pm - 12:00am

Estelle Bistro is the more casual, neighborhood dining venue in the spot next door to the already-established, fine-dining ESP.

It offers a flexible menu in comparison to its fancier counterpart. Parties of four or less can choose from a single course or opt for the three- or five-course tasting menu. Larger groups are restricted to the tasting menu. The food will be simple and modern; dishes such as fresh steak tartare, duck with spiced plum or a slow-roasted lamb shoulder to share.

An exposed-brick wall and recycled timber finishes attest to the change in pace at the bistro. It's a dark and warm local haunt that diners can return to; a true local dining spot. It also has an upstairs private dining room that seats 24 and an undercover, leafy outdoor courtyard.

There is a comprehensive selection of house-made snacks, oysters and charcuterie, perfect for those looking for a quick bite before running off to a movie or gig.

Estelle is now hiring. Find out more on Scout, Broadsheet's new employment website.
