This family-friendly resort sprawls across 82 acres of bushland and features plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained.

There are two types of accommodation here: one- to three-bedroom villas for larger groups of travellers, or glamping yurts for two. The latter feature wooden floors and lamb’s wool walls, and come equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine, outdoor barbecue and tin-clad bathroom.

Enjoy a glass of wine on your deck overlooking the billabong, followed by a snooze in the private hammock or a steep in your own outdoor spa immersed in the lush surrounds. It’s a secluded spot, but within easy access of the resort’s pool, tennis court, and canoe and bike hire facilities (complimentary for yurt dwellers).

Moama on Murray is surrounded by national park, meaning kangaroos, possums and birdlife call the resort home too. Follow the walking tracks that weave through the property to soak up some nature time with minimal impact on habitat.
