Features
There are some inventive milkshake flavours at Boy & Co. Its owners share a serious passion for shakes.
BOY & Co. offers 11 flavours of milkshake. Mixing things up, many are house made from fresh and natural ingredients. Apart from the appropriately named Blue Heaven, the majority of the menu is preservative free. The Britney Spearmint shake, featuring choc-peppermint sauce and Oreo crumbs, is already a fast favourite.
Trips to Germany and Amsterdam inspired the playful fries component, and BOY & Co. is using Europe’s preferred method of chip distribution – the cone. Chip options include sweet potato and salt and vinegar, which you can load up with a gravy or chilli-cheese topping. And if you prefer a (slightly) more solid dessert, there is a soft-serve machine.
The interior, designed by Jean Paul Ghougassian from Comme Design, evokes a cheery retro diner, with a slick honeycomb tile bench and cosy booths that comfortably seat groups.
An outdoor cinema is set up in the spacious courtyard and there are alcoholic shakes for a late-night crowd.
