Growing up around the corner, brother-and-sister duo James and Cat Laskie recognised the potential in the old milk bar on the corner long before its reinvention.
Situated in a quiet residential block opposite a sports oval and close to local schools, it’s easy to stumble across this sun-drenched gem on a morning walk or Sunday drive.
Having previously experimented with other suburban cafes 30 Mill and Base Camp, James approached this new venture knowing that everyone loves a local hangout.
With a simple menu that offers something for everyone, including a sweet breakfast truffle and a chicken pesto pide, the locals are giving Adeney the thumbs up, and the little milk bar on the corner lives on.
