As of February 13, Melbourne has returned to stage-four lockdown for five days, meaning restaurants, cafes and bars are once again closed to dine-in customers. This is another crushing blow for an industry already reeling from the second lockdown period. Show your support by ordering takeaway when you can – every little bit helps.

This is the definitive guide to who’s selling what, from heat-and-serve meals to pre-mixed cocktails.

If you’re concerned about going out or suspect you may have contracted Covid-19, consult the Victorian state health department website.

Radio Mexico

A lot of Radio Mexico’s charm comes from its location, it’s just off St Kilda beach. But this taqueria’s popular pivot to the takeaway era has proved that it hasn’t been coasting by on its looks. There’s build-your-own taco sets, cook-at-home meals (including a range of slow-cooked meats) and of course, Margaritas. We’d go for the one litre flagon. It’s $70, and pours six Margaritas. That’s a good deal.
