Whether you’re interested to learn more about whisky or just curious about whisky-based cocktails, there’s plenty of events for whisky lovers at World Class Cocktail Week, on from May 7–13. Here’s six of the best.

A Journey with Whisky & Cheese at 1806

Enjoy a whisky sorbet on arrival, followed by an interactive tasting session of four whisky cocktails run by 1806’s resident whisky experts. The four mini serves of cocktails will be made with a single malt from the Diageo Classic Malt range. A selection of cheeses matched to each drink will be served between tastings, and bartenders will be on-hand to discuss each spirit. This special will run all week.

Tickets are $60 and can be booked online.
