Gin is made for cocktails. It forms the base of more classic cocktails than any other spirit. So it follows that there are a number of gin-focused events on during World Class Cocktail Week. If you love gin, and you love cocktails made with this heady, aromatic spirit, lock in some of the gin-centric events that are on throughout the week. Here are five of the best.

Stirred Down with Supper at Cookie

The flavours will be Thai-leaning, but you’ll be able to apply the principles you learn to any combinations you choose once you’re outside the class.
