Despite being on opposite sides of town, Carlton gelateria Pidapipo and Richmond restaurant Baby Pizza couldn’t hold back from this sweet Italian collaboration.

Pidapipo founder Lisa Valmorbida has been working closely with Baby’s dessert chefs and together they created a limited-edition flavour that will be the star in a six-flavour gelato cart.

The flavour is under wraps, but guaranteed to be outrageously delicious. The collaborative flavour (and the gelato cart) will be available to order at Baby from Thursday April 2 until the end of the Easter break.
